Shipping

  • Shipping to Belgium: 6€. Ordered goods shall be delivered by Bpost within an average estimated delivery time of one business day, following the day the parcel was dispatched.

  • Shipping to a Mondial Relay drop-off point in Belgium/Luxembourg: 3,75€. If you choose this option at checkout, your parcel will be shipped to a Mondial Relay drop-off point of your choice. While placing the order, please fill out your home address. Afterwards, I will contact you by mail to find out which drop-off point is the most suitable for you. You can find a list of all drop-off points via this link:

  • Pick-up at the atelier: FREE. The Keepers Knitwear atelier is situated in 1370 Mélin, Belgium. If you choose this option, I will contact you to schedule a pick-up once the items are ready.

  • Shipping to other EU countries: 10,50€ - 17€ (tracking number optional)with Mondial Relay or Bpost: Ordered goods shall be delivered within an average estimated delivery time of 6 business days, following the day the parcel was dispatched, and depending on the carrier. Please note that in case you choose for shipping without tracking number, the parcel is not traceable, and cannot be claimed in case of loss.

  • International Shipping: From 16€ to 20€. Depending on the country. Please have a look at the options at checkout.

  • Free Shipping on all orders above 150€ with code FREESHIP150

Once the parcel is dispatched, the delivery time is subject to the responsability of the courier service.

Keepers Knitwear does not take responsibility for any delays or losses caused by the courier service.

Please note that all items are made to order, so it can take up to two weeks for your order to be ready (check details on the product pages). You will be informed when your order is dispatched.

If you want to order from other countries than the ones mentioned, feel free to contact me via keepers.knitwear@gmail.com, so we can arrange an alternative way of shipping. 

Returns

Summary of the Return Policy

  • Contact Keepers Knitwear before returning any items.

  • Please keep in mind that all items are made-to-order, so please think carefully about the size/colour you’d like to purchase.

  • You can return purchased goods within 14 days of delivery.

  • The returned product(s) must be in impeccable condition.

  • The shipping costs of the returned item(s) are at the customer’s expense (except if the goods are damaged or faulty)

Return policy

Please contact Keepers Knitwear before returning any items.

It is the costumer’s responsibility to control the goods upon delivery, in order to verify that they are accurate and free of defects. In case of complaint, the customer contacts keepers.knitwear@gmail.com, describing the reason for the return. The shipping of the returned product(s) is entirely at the customer’s expense.

Return conditions

You can return item(s) within 14 days of delivery. The product(s) must be in new condition. Any used or damaged product(s) will not be refunded. Keepers Knitwear suggests you get a receipt and a tracking number from the courier service, in order to trace the return shipment. Please bear in mind that Keepers Knitwear cannot be held accountable for lost or damaged return parcels.

If the return is eligible, Keepers Knitwear will initiate a refund. If you paid by bank transfer, please provide a bank account number to transfer the money back to.

Exchanges

Please note that all items are made to order, so please think carefully of the colour/size you want to order. In case of doubt, choosing a larger size is recommended. However, if the size you ordered doesn’t fit, you can request an exchange. In this case (and all other exchange inquiries) please contact me at keepers.knitwear@gmail.com.

How to return your goods

  • Place the item(s) in the original shipping box, or any other solid cardboard box.

  • Close the box and seal it securely.

  • Return it to your nearest courier service.

Important information

  • Items must be returned in perfect condition.

  • Make sure all products are exactly as you received them, with tag and seal still attached.

  • If a returned item is shipped internationally, please clearly mark the parcel with 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any customs charges. Keepers Knitwear cannot be held responsible for any return costs. Any charges incurred are subject to the responsibility of the customer.

Transport damage

If the parcel containing the purchased item(s) is lost or if upon reception you notice that the item has been damaged during transport, please report it to me immediately.

Unclaimed Packages

For parcels that are not picked up at your post office and returned to sender, Keepers Knitwear reserves the right to charge you a handling fee to cover return shipping and the carrier’s administrative costs.
